Orders are dispatched usually between 3 and 7 days, if any item is out of stock you will be notified by email, if this is the case, please allow up to 28 days. You may wish to choose another colour or style in this event. If an order is required by express next day delivery please contact us by phone or email. All orders inside the U.K. are sent Recorded Delivery Signed For. Outside the U.K. orders are sent Insured Recorded Airmail, please allow up to 5 days from posting arriving in the country of destination, but may take a few days longer to reach you due to the unpredictability of International Mail and Customs. Any orders that are lost in the Postal System will be resent once they have been traced. Feel free to EMAIL US before or directly after you order to request any Special Delivery arrangements that you may require. Cost of postage and packaging inside of the U.K. is £5.95 Europe and Ireland is £9.95 United States Of America £11.95 Rest of the World £14.95 Please be aware that in your country you may be liable to pay excise duties or taxes, contact the Customs Office for advice before ordering. You are not liable for duty in the EU. Where applicable we will provide the tracking details of your package, this will be sent in an email when we mark your item as shipped.

RETURNS If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following conditions carefully. Under the Distance Selling Regulations any wig or hairpiece will be exchanged or refunded within 7 working days of receipt, providing it is unused, tickets still intact, not brushed, cut or had any contact with hair spray, perfume or cigarettes, this will invalidate any refund promise as it will be classed as used. Accessories are non-returnable. Any item that is faulty in any way or colour and style is not suitable will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 3 -4 working days on receipt of the Return for your refund to be processed, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you of the refund. A refund authorisation form will be enclosed with your purchase and must completed before any item can be returned; the original invoice must also accompany the return. For your own protection we recommend that any returned items are sent Recorded Delivery If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been traced. We do not accept returns outside the EEC
