With a tape measure, begin at the front of your hairline and wrap the tape behind your ear to the nap of your neck around to your other ear until the tape meets again at the front of your hairline, this is the Circumference Measurement.
Children: Circumference 18.5 to 20 inches (31.75cm - 51cm)
Size Petite: Circumference 20 to 21.5 inches - (51cm to 54.5cm)
Average: Circumference 21.5 to 22.5 inches (54.5cm to 57cm)
Large: Circumference 22.5 to 24 inches (57cm to 60cm
